We approach risk management in a comprehensive way by identifying, prioritizing, managing, and monitoring the risks affecting our organization.

Over time we have developed policies, competencies, and technology to execute this approach successfully. Our risk management goals are ambitious and include:

• Reducing unacceptable performance variability by identifying and evaluating the likelihood of major events and developing responses to mitigate the impact of potential events
• Investing in state-of-the-art research and testing facilities
• Aligning our business strategy and corporate culture in a way that strengthens our risk management systems
• Enhancing our overall corporate governance and strengthening our Board and management oversight
