HILL AIR FORCE BASE
Ogden, Utah
In January 2014, the Defense Logistics Agency awarded our team a 50 year contract to own and operate the water and wastewater utilities at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah.
In addition to maintaining long-term utility system operations at Hill and its associated geographically separated units, we will invest in system capital, recapitalize system assets, and comply with all regulatory and environmental policies. Hill Air Force Base was constructed in 1940, and consists of a 6,689 acre main base and five satellite areas positioned 25 to 200 miles to the north, west and east.
The Hill water and wastewater systems include 8 tanks, 14 lift stations, over 645,000 linear feet of pipe, and numerous hydrants, valves, and manholes.
The base encompasses a population of over 24,000 active duty military residents and dependents, civilians, contractors, and other personnel.
