Tennessee American Water Announces Remote Job Opportunities for Chattanooga and Surrounding Areas

Chattanooga, Tenn. (January 23, 2023) – Tennessee American Water and its parent company, American Water (NYSE: AWK), the nation’s largest publicly traded water and wastewater utility company, announced today it will offer 25 full remote, customer service job opportunities for residents of Chattanooga and surrounding communities.

The entry-level, work-from-home Customer Care Agent (CCA) positions will be open to individuals that live in Chattanooga or within a two-hour driving distance of the company’s Chattanooga office. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to address service needs for Tennessee American Water customers, as well as all customers within American Water’s regulated footprint.
