All California American Water customer service centers are temporarily closed until further notice due to Covid-19 restrictions in place. Please call the Customer Service at 888-237-1333 should you have questions about your bill, water service or water conservation. Customers can also log into MyWater to manage their water account.

We want to simplify the billing process for you. From the comfort of your home, you can sign up for paperless billing and automatic payments through MyWater.
